Mizuho lowered the firm’s price target on NextEra Energy Partners to $26 from $33 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. While the company’s distributions are unlikely to be reduced over the next 6-12 months, its balance sheet “appears to be more concerning” beyond 2025, absent an equity infusion and substantial distribution cut of at least 50%, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
