New York Times reports Q4 adjusted EPS 80c, consensus 75c

Reports Q4 revenue $726.6M, consensus $726.94M. The company added approximately 350,000 net digital-only subscribers in Q4. Total digital-only average revenue per user increased 4.4% year-over-year to $9.65. Meredith Kopit Levien, president and chief executive officer, The New York Times (NYT) Company, said, “The fourth quarter capped another strong year for The Times in which we made further progress toward becoming the essential subscription for every curious person seeking to understand and engage with the world.
