For the full year 2024, on a stand alone basis the Company now expects total worldwide revenue to be between $71.0 million and $72.0 million. For the full year 2024, on a stand alone basis, the Company now expects total operating expenses to be between $81.0 million and $82.0 million. This forecast excludes pre-closing transaction costs of approximately $2.0 million.
