Needham analyst Laura Martin raised the firm’s price target on Netflix (NFLX) to $1,150 from $800 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results delivered 18.9M net subscriber adds in Q4, driven by a robust content slate, live sports, and a crackdown on paid sharing, the analyst tells investors in a research note, noting that the strong subs adds also benefited from having two NFL games on December 25th. Netflix’s ARPU was also strong in Q4, while its ad revenue doubled in 2024 and the guidance is to double again in 2025, Needham added.
