Amid a writer’s strike in Hollywood, a job posting by Netflix for a machine learning platform product manager at an annual salary of $300,000 to $900,000 was seen posted by the streamer, wrote Lawrence Bonk for Engadget. According to the Engadget story the streamer is also hiring a technical director for generative AI at its gaming division, which also pays a hefty salary, compared to actors SAG-AFTRA rate of $200 a day, according to the Engadget story.
