A French magistrate has opened a fraud inquiry into Nestle (NSRGY) and Sources Alma over suspicions of illegal processing water, AFP reports, citing a source close to the probe. The new investigations have emerged just months after Nestle Waters admitted to using banned filters and ultra-violet treatment on mineral waters, AFP says.
