DA Davidson analyst Matt Summerville lowered the firm’s price target on Napco Security (NSSC) to $32 from $48 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q2 results. The firm is reducing its FY25/FY26 estimates, reflecting continued uneven purchasing patterns by key distribution partners while also tempering its view on Equipment volumes and the associated RSR ramp, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Tariffs uniquely position Napco to potentially gain share however given that it manufactures over 90% of its products and systems in a single manufacturing facility located in the Dominican Republic, the firm added.
