Federal agencies have opened at least three reviews into whether SpaceX and its leader, Elon Musk, complied with disclosure protocols intended to protect state secrets, people with knowledge of the matter told The New York Times’ Kirsten Grind, Eric Lipton and Sheera Frenkel. In addition to heading SpaceX, Musk is the founder and CEO of Tesla (TSLA) and the owner of X, formerly known as Twitter.
