  • Snap (SNAP) up 1% after Google Cloud (GOOGL) announced an expanded strategic partnership with the company to power generative AI experiences within My AI, Snapchat’s AI-powered chatbot
  • Walmart (WMT) up 1% after Truist upgraded the stock to Buy from Hold with a price target of $89, up from $76
  • Liberty Broadband (LBRDA) up 23% after offering a counterproposal to the Charter (CHTR) business combination bid
  • Lifeway Foods (LWAY) up 16% after Danone North America (DANOY), which holds a 23.4% stake in the company, proposed to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Lifeway common stock not currently held for a purchase price of $25.00 per share in cash

  • Deere (DE) down 1% after former President Donald Trump said if the company moved their manufacturing business to Mexico, he would put a 200% tariff on everything that the company wants to sell into the U.S.
  • Starbucks (SBUX) down 1% after Jefferies downgraded shares to Underperform from Hold with a price target of $76, down from $80
  • BioVie (BIVI) down 53% after 1.96M share secondary offering priced at $1.53
  • Visa (V) down 2% after Bloomberg reported the U.S. Department of Justice intends to file a lawsuit claiming that Visa illegally monopolized the U.S. market for debit cards
