Morgan Stanley (MS) has brought in senior investment banker Marco Caggiano from JPMorgan (JPM), where he led the company’s North America M&A business, Reuters’ Svea Herbst-Bayliss and Anirban Sen report, citing people familiar with the matter. Caggiano will serve as vice chairman of M&A at Morgan Stanley, the authors note.
