In a regulatory filing, Monster Beverage (MNST) disclosed that as indicated in connection with the modified “Dutch auction” tender offer of 2024, Rodney Sacks, currently co-CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Monster Beverage, notified the Board and management of the company on March 10 that in connection with his anticipated retirement, he will resign as co-CEO of the company, effective as of 11:59 p.m. on June 12. Effective June 13, Hilton Schlosberg will serve as the company’s sole CEO.
