Middlefield Banc increases quarterly dividend 5% to 21c per share

Middlefield Banc (MBCN) announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21c per common share, representing a 5% increase from the 2024 fourth quarter dividend. The 2025 first-quarter dividend is payable on March 14 to shareholders of record on February 28.
