Microsoft (MSFT) is laying off staff across various divisions, including security, experiences and devices, sales, and gaming, Business Insider’s Ashley Stewart reports, citing two people familiar with the matter. A spokesperson for the company said the job cuts are small in number, though they did not specify a figure. Affected staff in Microsoft’s security arm started receiving notifications on Tuesday, one person familiar with the matter told Stewart.
