Mesa Air (MESA) announced that it received a notice from Nasdaq indicating that, as a result of the company’s delay in filing its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2024 with the SEC, and the company’s continued delay in filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended September 30, 2024, as first reported in that notification letter issued by the SEC to the Company on January 15, the company is still not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250.
