Citi analyst Jon Tower raised the firm’s price target on McDonald’s to $317 from $301 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm expects relative Q3 U.S. same-store-sales outperformance for McDonald’s versus other fast-food players. McDonald’s can speak to a pipeline of innovation and more value coming, says Citi, which sees less risk of 2025 unit growth expectations downshifting versus other global fast-food names.
