McDonald’s (MCD) is shaking up its operations and development structure as it seeks to get new menu items and technology to restaurants more quickly, Chief Executive Chris Kempczinski said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. “It’s just going to allow us to be faster,” Kempczinski is quoted by The Journal’s Heather Haddon as having said.
