Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, speaking in an interview on CNBC, said that it is likely that President Trump will defer tariffs on all goods covered by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA. Lutnick sees USMCA goods-related tariffs likely being delayed until April 2, adding that the president may make a decision on the USMCA tariff delay today.
