Lululemon files to sell 5.12M shares of common stock

This prospectus relates to 5.12M shares of common stock that Lululemon (LULU) may issue upon the redemption, retraction or purchase of an equivalent number of the exchangeable shares of Lulu Canadian Holding, the company’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, or upon the liquidation, dissolution or winding up of Lulu Canada.
