Italian gaming company Lottomatica is working with UniCredit (UNCRY), Goldman Sachs (GS), Barclays (BCS), Deutsche Bank (DB), and JPMorgan (JPM) on a possible stock market listing, according to Reuters, citing two people familiar with the matter. Lottomatica is considering an initial public offering in the first half of the year depending on market conditions, one of the people and a third source said. Reference Link
