Lockheed Martin awarded $111.64M Navy order

Lockheed Martin (LMT) was awarded $111.64M for a firm-fixed-price delivery order, under a previously awarded contract, for the procurement of eight helicopter rotor hub assemblies in support of the CH-53K aircraft. This contract contains no options. All work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and work is expected to be completed by August 2032. Annual working capital funds in the amount of $54.7M will be obligated at the time of award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support is the contracting activity.
