Lennar price target lowered to $173 from $192 at JPMorgan

JPMorgan analyst Michael Rehaut lowered the firm’s price target on Lennar (LEN) to $173 from $192 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. After maintaining a positive homebuilder sector stance over the past two years, the firm is shifting to a “more cautious, less constructive approach” for 2025.
