Truist analyst Tobey Sommer lowered the firm’s price target on Leidos (LDOS) to $185 from $205 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares as part of a broader research note previewing the impact of the Department of Government Efficiency – or DOGE – on the Government Services sector. Strong fundamental results should continue in the near-term, but 2026 and 2027 are most likely to see the potential effects of lingering uncertainty, and the valuation floor on the sector could be another 10% below the current levels, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
