Lattice Semiconductor price target raised to $58 from $51 at BofA

BofA analyst Duksan Jang raised the firm’s price target on Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) to $58 from $51 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. While noting that Lattice expects to outgrow the broader market in Q1, driven by ongoing share gains in low-/mid-tier FPGAs and continued content uplift in servers, the firm notes consensus is already at 25% sales growth for calendar year 2026, which it view as “potentially aggressive.” BofA estimates lower growth of 19%, the analyst noted.
