Laser Photonics (LASE) announced that it has secured a significant order from Rocket Lab USA (RKLB) a company in launch services and space systems. Rocket Lab will use LPC’s MarkStar Pro handheld marking laser or MSIM-1020, to streamline its complex supply chain, ensuring the authenticity and provenance of essential parts and increasing reliability for its missions. “In the pursuit of space exploration, precision is paramount,” said John Armstrong, LPC Executive Vice President. “This collaboration equips Rocket Lab with tools to efficiently manage their critical inventory, safeguard against counterfeiting, and provide unparalleled traceability across their intricate supply chains. We’re excited that Rocket Lab has chosen our MarkStar technology, and we see this as a step toward a future where every asset, from launch to return, is seamlessly traceable, helping ensure mission safety and integrity.”
