Roth MKM lowered the firm’s price target on LanzaTech (LNZA) to $3 from $4 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares ahead of the Q4 report. The firm cut its Q4 revenue forecast by 37% to $12M and EBITDA forecast by 7%, saying it hasn’t seen any of the major project milestones discussed last quarter be announced yet. LanzaTech’s visibility on growth for renewable energy projects has weakened of late, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Roth expects the company’s 2025 revenue guidance to disappoint versus consensus by around 22%.
