B. Riley analyst Craig Ellis raised the firm’s price target on Lam Research to $440 from $390 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst believes consensus estimates for fiscal Q2 are "makeable" but fears a downside guidance to Q3 numbers. The firm says patience remains warranted in accumulating shares.
