Lam Research price target raised to $110 from $105 at B. Riley

B. Riley analyst Craig Ellis raised the firm’s price target on Lam Research (LRCX) to $110 from $105 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Lam Research’s Q1 results were solidly better than expectations with Q2 sales guidance ahead of consensus, with a tone that DRAM, Leading Edge Foundry, and Advanced Logic demand is strong and has numerous inflection tailwinds in 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes current levels sustain a buy-the-dip opportunity into expected solid calendar 2025 wafer fabrication equipment growth.
