Ladder Capital price target lowered to $12.50 from $13 at BofA

BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Ladder Capital (LADR) to $12.50 from $13 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated estimates in the commercial mortgage real investment trust group following the Q4 prints.
