Kratos Defense (KTOS) was awarded a five-year, $1B prime contract for the Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonic Test Bed, which is contracted by the U.S. Navy and is part of the National Security Technology Accelerator initiative, with the award geared towards ramping up testing infrastructure in the area of hypersonic capabilities, Raymond James tells investors in a research note. The firm says this likely becomes Kratos’s fastest growing program in 2025/2026 and likely drives positive revisions in the outyear at least. Raymond James has a Strong Buy rating on the shares.
