Telsey Advisory analyst Dana Telsey lowered the firm’s price target on Kohl’s (KSS) to $13 from $17 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. While the firm is encouraged by the mid-single digit decline in expenses and low decrease in inventory, turnaround in the current macro operating requirement will require some more time and fresh ideas, the analyst tells investors.
