Barclays analyst Theresa Chen raised the firm’s price target on Kodiak Gas Services to $32 from $29 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares as part of a Q3 earnings preview. The firm is updating its estimate to reflect the continued integration of the CSI Compressco assets, which translated to a step-up in synergies announced during Q2 earnings, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The sale of small and/or idle horsepower units in Q3 also likely augments profitability going forward, the firm added.
