Robert Ravnaas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kimbell Royalty GP, LLC, Kimbell’s general partner, commented, “2024 was another outstanding year for Kimbell. We grew total production 23% compared to 2023, largely due to the contribution of our record $455 million acquisition that closed in Q3 2023, which continues to perform very well. In addition, we paid out $1.75 per common unit in tax-advantaged quarterly distributions during 2024 and paid down approximately $56.0 million on our credit facility by allocating 25% of cash available for distribution for debt-paydown.
