Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Kellanova to $67 from $61 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm says that while there was a growing fear Kellanova’s volume inflection would come at the expense of deteriorating profitability, the fact thru company was able to deliver 2% year-over-year volume growth in its key North America segment while still achieving well-above consensus gross margin expansion should alleviate some concern.
