Jim Ratcliffe, the billionaire owner of Ineos, toured Manchester United on Friday as part of his bid to buy the team, James Robson of Associate Press reports. Ratcliffe was greeted by United chief executive Richard Arnold and briefly met with manager Erik ten Hag at the club’s Carrington training base, according to Robson.
