UBS lowered the firm’s price target on JetBlue (JBLU) to $5 from $5.50 and keeps a Sell rating on the shares. The firm thinks the major issues causing the steep decline in the stock on Tuesday were the weaker than expected RASM guidance for Q1 and the lack of visibility as to when the aircraft on the ground and GTF engine issue will dissipate.
