Ituran announces 39c cash dividend

Ituran (ITRN) announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of a cash dividend in the amount of 39c per share, totaling approximately $8M. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2024. The company will pay the dividend out on January 8, 2025, net of taxes at the rate of 25%.
