The International Trade Commission issued its final determination, reversing the initial determination in Shoals Technologies (SHLS)’ Section 337 case. The Commission “has determined to reverse in part a final initial determination issued by the presiding administrative law judge finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended. The investigation is terminated with a finding of no violation,” a post to the site of the agency stated.
