Invizyne announces corporate name change to eXoZymes

Invizyne (IZTC) Technologies announced a corporate name change to eXoZymes and an application for a new ticker symbol. The company expects trading under the new ticker symbol of “EXOZ” to begin on February 12, 2025, subject to final approvals. In connection with the corporate name change, Company branding, including the corporate website, will be updated accordingly. No action is required by existing shareholders with respect to the name and ticker symbol change. The Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures also confirmed the CUSIP number assigned to the Company’s common stock will remain unchanged.
