JPMorgan lowered the firm’s price target on Invitation Homes (INVH) to $37 from $40 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated residential real estate investment trust models following the Q3 reports. The group is well owned, and JPMorgan sees only average earnings growth over the next couple years with less potential for external growth, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
