RBC Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Invitation Homes to $37 from $39 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 was a rough report that caught almost everyone offside, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Invitation Homes has gone from having relatively unimpeachable fundamentals to being a “show-me story” for the second half of the year, the firm added.
