Intevac to commence 5c per share quarterly dividend

Intevac (IVAC) announced that its board of directors intends to commence quarterly dividends of 5c per share to be paid beginning in Q1 of 2025. These quarterly dividends are subject to approval by the board of directors at the customary times that those dividends are declared.
