Inspira Technologies (IINN) appointed Tal Parnes as the new chairman of the board of directors, effective February 1. Parnes has served as an independent director of the company since July 2021. He co-founded and is the former CEO at Zuta-Core and HQL Pharmaceuticals. Parnes also served as COO at Silynx Communications as VP of operations at Wavion and Atrica. He also served as CFO and director of business development of Printlife. The company accepted Benad Goldwasser’s resignation from his position as chairman of the board of directors, which was due to personal reasons.
