Innovid downgraded to Hold from Buy at Needham

Needham downgraded Innovid (CTV) to Hold from Buy without a price target following the buyout agreement. Since the $3.15 per share all-cash takeover price is approximately double Innovid’s closing share price the prior day, Needham does not expect a higher bid.
