InfuSystem initiated with a Buy at B. Riley

B. Riley last night initiated coverage of InfuSystem with a Buy rating and $13 price target. InfuSystem helps facilitate outpatient care for durable medical equipment manufacturers by providing products and services to hospitals, oncology practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and other sites of care, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes the stock is “significantly undervalued due to non-fundamental hiccups” and should re-rate as the company continues the momentum seen last quarter.
