India minister tells Reuters ‘time has come’ for Airbus, Boeing to build plants

India’s civil aviation minister Jyotiraditya Scindia told Reuters that the "time has come" for Airbus (EADSY) and Boeing (BA) to set up jet factories in India to make up for soaring demand.
