Inception Growth Acquisition (IGTA) announced that on March 12, 2025, the Company deposited $11,199.60 into the Company’s trust account in order to extend the period of time the Company has to complete a business combination for an additional one month period, from March 13, 2025 to April 13, 2025. The purpose of the extension is to provide additional time for the Company to complete a business combination.
