Barrington analyst Kevin Steinke lowered the firm’s price target on ICF International (ICFI) to $102 from $174 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm says that while the company reported “solid” Q4 results, ICF’s 2025 guidance calls for revenue, GAAP EPS, and non-GAAP EPS to be flat to down 10% year-over-year, with the 10% decline at the low end representing the maximum downside risk that the company foresees from the loss of business.
