Mizuho raised the firm’s price target on Hyatt (H) to $207 from $198 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Within lodging, lower-end chain scales, as well as luxury, appear to be the best performing segments, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm calls Hyatt its best idea, saying the company has “underappreciated earnings tailwinds that should drive estimate revisions higher.”
