JPMorgan raised the firm’s price target on Hyatt to $180 from $171 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm thinks Street estimates for the lodging space “generally possess limited risk” heading into the Q2 report. The U.S. and international gateway cities excluding China will be the absolute and relative outperforming RevPAR growth markets, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
