Howmet Aerospace price target raised to $55 from $49 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen analyst Gautam Khanna raised the firm’s price target on Howmet Aerospace to $55 from $49 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm has increased its Q2 and H2 of 2023 estimates due to more optimistic H2 truck demand as well as higher 737 Max / 787 production than what was implied in the company’s guidance, the analyst tells investors. Given the company’s content, pricing power, and management team, the firm favors Howmet Aerospace as an “elegant way” to express a “long aero OE” view.
